I had a great stay and would book here again. It was clean. - Breakfast was astonishing and sensational. - the hotel was next to the tourist information office, train station, cafes, restaurants, and the city center.

Ideal hotel, pleasant and courteous staff, magnificent location very close to main tourist area.

Had guest room with twin beds and wake-up service was available in it. The location was very central, just off train station and cafes and restaurants, the centre and the actual center.

Pity, but the beds were a bit too soft.

The rooms are fairly quiet with a modern design, twin beds along with a sofa, and the staff were friendly and polite, which made the stay very enjoyable.

The guest room was new-fashioned, included central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table...

It was an excellent location for in-town sightseeing. The staff was very helpful in locating restaurants and "must see" spots for us.

This hotel is in a peaceful location close to the center with delicious breakfast options served outdoors.

The City Hotel is very well located, next to the shopping streets and the cathedral place. The room was small, simple, but very clean and with a good isolation : no sounds from the streets or neighbours.People at the reception were very nice. Price is ok.

Reasonably good breakfast with cheese and juice available. Welcoming service. - Great and unbeatable location close to the historical center. - Easy access to supermarkets and shopping streets. For a nice break, you can visit Cafe Mozart nearby for tea or coffee.

Cheap and very close to city centre

Very close to all central attractions og the city. Good breakfast. Value for money.

The room was large and had a modern design with twin beds, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, served with fresh bread, and the location was convenient, being close to Freiburg Cathedral.

This place is very good. The room was very spacious and clean. The best shower I had (water pressure). The breakfast was ok.

Wonderful location on the edge of the Alt Stadt. Their parking garage is a definite plus. Garage parking spaces are large by European standards. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and the neighborhood is quiet. The hotel breakfast was very good with many selections.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Freiburg. That is because of the location and the hotel is a good value for the money.
